How do I submit a warranty claim?

Please click “Log in or Create an Account” or Just click “Support” button on the lower right corner of this page.

Complete and submit your ticket! We will respond promptly. You will be asked to submit proof of purchase by attaching an image of your receipt.

It is the customer’s responsibility to send the product back to Cobalt for testing. We will send you an RMA# that should be noted on the outside of your shipment. Allow 1-2 weeks for testing.

As stated in our warranty- “Cobalt will replace or repair at its option any electronic item which is deemed defective in workmanship or material.”

 

What is not covered?

Shipping Cost, pump impellers, filter media, broken glass
